Rescheduling and Cancellations
One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability; additional reschedules may require a new booking fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the booking fee in full.
Cancellations made with 48+ hours' notice may instead be applied toward a reschedule; the booking fee itself remains non-refundable as cash in all cases.
Allotted Time & Overage
Each package includes a set on-site time block.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments (rounded up), with approval before extending, at the following per-tier rates: Starter $50/half-hour, Standard $75/half-hour, Premium Showcase $100/half-hour, Signature $125/half-hour, Fleet Program $75/half-hour per vehicle.
Travel
Each package includes one shoot location within a 30-mile radius of my office. Additional locations and travel beyond this radius may incur fees.
Beyond 30 miles: $0.75/mile round-trip + tolls/parking at cost.
For locations requiring more than 90 minutes of round-trip travel time, an additional $150 travel block fee may be assessed.
Rolling Photo and Video Shoots
Client is responsible for providing a separate, licensed driver and vehicle for all rolling photos/video (unless otherwise arranged in writing). Rolling coverage is route and safety dependent and will only be performed under safe, legal conditions.
Usage & Licensing
Do not resell, sublicense, or transfer delivered assets to third parties (brokers, other dealers, marketplaces, agencies) without written approval.
Do not use Private Owner/Seller deliverables for commercial activity (business marketing, dealership/broker services, or ongoing commercial sales).
Do not run paid ads for commercial use without the appropriate Paid Ads License.
Do not claim authorship of the photos/videos or remove/alter embedded metadata/watermarks (if used).
Editing & Deliverables
No RAW/ungraded footage delivery by default unless specifically contracted.
No unlimited revisions: minor tweaks are reasonable; major re-edits or creative changes are billable.
Specific angles and detail-shot counts are guidelines and may vary at the photographer's discretion based on the vehicle, lighting, location, and time on-site. If there are any must-have features, options, or areas you want documented (e.g., aftermarket parts, special trims, VIN/odometer, specific interior features), please communicate them before or during the shoot. Requests made after the shoot may require an additional session or add-on fees.
Locations & Permits
No assumption that permits/location fees are included unless explicitly stated (fees are additional).
No multi-location shoots without pre-approval (additional moves incur fees and may extend timelines).
Usage Rights & Paid Ads
Private Owner/Seller (non-commercial): includes listing platforms, organic social, and optional paid boosting for the private sale of the photographed vehicle or increasing visibility of page/profile, provided the content is not used to market a business, dealership, broker service, or ongoing commercial activity.
Paid Ads Licensing (commercial only): $300 (up to $10k spend / 6 months) or $650 (up to $25k spend / 12 months); larger campaigns are scope-based.
I retain the copyright to all delivered images and may use them for my portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fleet Program
Retainer Term & Cancellation: The Fleet Program is month-to-month after the first month. Client may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any shoots already scheduled within the notice period remain billable. Retainer fees paid are non-refundable.
Monthly Minimum: A 4-vehicle monthly minimum is billed regardless of actual vehicle count booked in a given month.
Photographer Cancellation: Photographer may terminate the retainer at any time with 14 days' written notice due to scheduling capacity, non-payment, safety concerns, or material breach of these terms. Any completed work remains billable; if termination occurs before services are delivered for a paid period, a prorated credit/refund may be issued at Photographer's discretion.
No banking/rollover of unused vehicle shoots unless explicitly agreed.
